It covers getting your firm live: reviewing your details, creating an account for every admin, agent, and compliance officer you list, setting up your branches, and emailing each person their login and mobile app instructions. It starts at R1,800 (one branch, up to five accounts) plus R600 per additional branch and R150 per additional account beyond five.
What does the launch offer get me?
The first 10 firms to sign up get 25% off their platform fee for their first 3 months. The setup fee and per-check rates are unaffected — those are already priced to be fair from day one.
What happens after I submit my details?
A Lucere operator reviews your firm and roster — usually within a business day or two — before anything is created. Once approved, every account on your list gets set up and emailed their login and mobile app instructions; your workspace goes live once that's done.
Do my clients pay anything?
Never. Responding to a request, keeping a document vault, and managing consents is free for your clients, always.
What about my existing client files?
Bring them. Clients added to your register link to any documents they already hold in Lucere, with their consent, so onboarding gets faster the more the network grows.
