We watched this happen to agencies we respected: good people, doing everything roughly right, still caught out by a spreadsheet that fell out of date the moment nobody was looking at it.
That’s the gap Lucere fills. Not because compliance is glamorous, but because getting it right shouldn’t need a full-time compliance officer at every single agency, and getting it wrong shouldn’t be able to cost you your livelihood.
